You just can’t beat an outdoor photo session on a warm midsummer early evening. These two brothers’ sunny characters where a perfect match to the lovely weather. I had a great time taking photographs of the whole family!

It was great doing a session with this young lady today, she had a really fun easy going personality. Wishing her all the best for her start at college this August!

I was delighted to photograph these two siblings yesterday.

They were very concerned that I should photograph their very special kitten. So I thought it only right that one of the images I share should include the new member of the family!

Here’s three really great kids from my session this afternoon.  I joked they should perhaps stay an extra hour because the early evening light was lovely. They were not amused! I’m looking forward to working these proofs for the family!

These two children were a joy to photograph. The little guy is a very caring brother to his sister and was very eager to help me during our session. The prints are going to be a suprise for Father’s day. I hope we managed to keep it all secret!!

Heading back to my car after wrapping up today’s session I realised I had forgotten to get out bubbles. I’m glad I went back to do the few extra shots.This little boy was quite happy to go back in front of the lens for a little while longer. Bubbles and boys make a great combination!

I am always on the lookout for good places to take my clients for outdoor photography sessions. I thought I’d share some images from one of my recent location scouting trips. I will always discuss locations with a client before their session and am always open to suggestions from them!

Here’s another image from a recent session. To start with, this lovely one year old was not too sure about an unfamiliar lady with a camera but we got lots of smiles in the end.  I am currently working on prints for this family. They were great to work with!

Finally the weather co-operated for this recent session. These two wonderful girls were all fun and smiles and were happy to be in front of the lens for a long time.
